Step 1
Wash and dry your feet thoroughly.
Make sure they are completely dry for optimal adhesion.
Step 2
Remove the patch from its packaging. Peel off both paper covers on the back and the white cover in the center of the patch.
Step 3
Attach the longer side of the heel patch horizontally to the sole, then wrap the winged sides securely around the back of the heel.
Step 4
Apply the patch to the targeted area and leave it on for 2 hours. For enhanced moisturizing, apply the patch before bedtime and remove it in the morning. -
