1. After cleansing, remove one pad and stretch it to your preferred length.
2. Apply it to the targeted area (chin, forehead, or cheeks) and press gently to follow your skin’s contours.
Chin: Wrap around and pull upward for a lifting effect.
Forehead: Place horizontally across, then pull upward for a tightening lift.
Cheeks: Apply across the nose, lifting under the eyes for firming care.
3. Leave on for 10 minutes to let the cooling sensation and active ingredients absorb.
4. Remove the pad and gently pat in the remaining essence for better absorption.Tip: For extra cooling and swelling relief, refrigerate the pad for 30 minutes before use.
