Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns on new, unopened, and unused merchandise in its original packaging and unbroken inner/outer seal within 5 days of receiving your order (based on the shipping provider’s date of delivery).

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded. Please note we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping back to us. 

 

The original purchase receipt must accompany all returns. All sale-priced items, purchases made using a discount code, and promotional purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note prices are subject to change, and we cannot accommodate price adjustments on previous orders. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bellbees.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@bellbees.ca.

Damages and issues
Please note we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping back to us. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused, in new condition. Opened and/or used items cannot be returned or refunded. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
We do not accept any exchanges at this moment. Multiple order cancellation requests may be subject to a restocking/handling fee.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned items in new, unopened, unused, and original condition, we will process a refund within 2 business days. You will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed. Returns may be subject to a handling fee.

If the returned items are opened and/or used, a refund will not be issued, and the item(s) will not be mailed back to the customer. If a re-delivery is requested, an additional shipping/handling fee will be paid by the customer.
